Each organization is fully isolated, with its own:
  • Self-custodial wallet
  • Payment methods
  • API keys
All security mechanisms (e.g., OTP, multi-factor authentication, recovery settings) are tied to your personal account, not to individual organizations.

Multiple organizations

In the top-right corner of your dashboard, you can:
  • Switch between organizations you’re part of
  • Create new organizations linked to your account
When creating a new organization, you’ll go through a fresh onboarding flow, including wallet setup and payment configuration. However, you won’t need to repeat your personal security authentication setup (e.g., OTP or Authenticator App)

Deleting organizations and/or accounts

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure all data is exported before proceeding.
You will still be able to access your cryptocurrency funds even after an account deletion, since those are tied to your private keys not shared with us.
